The Horsemans Playground is situated in Chiltern in north eastern Victoria. We can travel to Albury Wodonga, Wagga Wagga, Shepparton, Benalla, Alexandra, Wangaratta, Corowa, Rutherglen and throughout the High Country for horse drawn carriage tours and riding lessons. Or, bring your horse for training to our Chiltern property complete with boxes, roundyard and sand arena.

Bruce provides tailored one-on-one and group coaching for riders of all ages, abilities and riding disciplines throughout north-east Victoria and beyond. Whether you’re a beginner rider or looking to master flying changes, Bruce’s patient and practical approach will guide you to an elevated riding style.
Breaking, Training & Re-educating
You may need your young horse started so you can continue with your own training, or require more extensive training in ground work, saddle and harness. Bruce trains only a handful of horses at any one time on his Chiltern property, ensuring a highly personalised service for you and your horse.
Event Training
Bruce has had decades of success in dressage, show jumping, polo cross, campdrafting and fox hunting. You may be new to competing or want to take your techniques to the next level. Whether it’s working cows or advanced movements, Bruce has the expertise to help you excel.
